ANXIETY THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN TORONTO & ONTARIO.

ONline anxiety therapy for women across ontario when everything starts to feel like too much.

A tan leather couch with a striped pillow in a room with white walls and large green houseplants.

You’ve been holding it together for a long time, but it’s starting to feel like there’s no breathing room.

You feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed, and unable to fully relax.
Even when things look “fine” on the outside, something inside you feels off.

Maybe your mind won’t slow down.
Or your body feels tight, restless, or close to panic.
You try to manage it, push through, or keep it under control—but it keeps coming back.

And underneath it all, there’s a fear:
What if I lose control?
What if I’m too much?

You’re used to holding it all together.
But it’s getting harder to keep everything in.

It doesn’t have to keep feeling this way.

Therapy can help you create some breathing room—so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and back in touch with yourself.

how I can help

Anxiety therapy can help you feel calmer and more in control.

Let’s get you feeling more like yourself.

Anxiety therapy can also help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, so you can begin to respond differently.

Many people get stuck trying to manage or push away their anxiety.
But that often keeps the cycle going.

Instead, we start to focus on what’s actually happening inside:

  • What’s happening in your mind and body

  • What you’re feeling underneath the anxiety

  • What your system needs in those moments

That’s where things start to change.
Not by trying to control your anxiety, but by understanding it differently.

In our work, we slow things down and begin to understand how your anxiety is showing up. So instead of feeling overwhelmed by it, you can respond in ways that help you feel more steady and in control.

Common questions about anxiety therapy.

  • No. There’s no preparation needed before your first session. The first session is to get to know what brought you to therapy, along with your hopes and goals, your strengths, and your struggles.

  • That’s completely okay. Many of my clients are new to therapy when we begin. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say. Our first sessions are simply about creating a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and check in often to make sure you feel comfortable. Therapy is about meeting you where you are, not about having it all figured out beforehand.

  • The free 15-minute initial consult is to see if we click (with no pressure) and to answer your questions. Therapy is a personal journey and if we’re not a fit, I can help you find someone more suited to what your looking for. I’m here to help.
