Couples therapy
You NEVER consider me
All my partner sees and hears is me complaining that things are never “good enough.”
But when I try to explain how I really feel, they just walk away. And I’ve tried to let it go, but I don't feel cared for in the relationship because either way I lose and get hurt.
Every time I bring it up, it’s the same cycle: they cry, give a vague promise to change, but NOTHING HAPPENS.
Time passes, I bring it up again, and the whole thing resets. I finally said if nothing changes I’m done.
But if I’m being honest, I’m just exhausted stuck in this cycle. I'm not sure what else to do. I feel like I'm at a breaking point.
Couples therapy
Although change in therapy doesn’t happen overnight, there’s hope!
We can work together to identify the underlying patterns that keep you stuck. Then work towards changing them.
I work best with couples who want to improve their relationship and are committed to the process of change. This will include feeling uncomfortable at times as we work together to navigate and get you to where you want to be.

“It’s not about one moment, it’s a history of unrepaired attachment ruptures begging to be healed.”
