Let’s be honest:

When everyone relies on you, but nobody really sees you, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.

People count on you because you're the one who steps in, figures things out, and keeps going, even when it comes at a cost. After years of staying ready, responsive, and needed, being the dependable one can start to feel like a responsibility you can't put down. Somewhere along the way, you begin to feel invisible in your own life.

But lately, the ways you've managed everything may not be working the way they used to:

  • Maybe you're exhausted in a way that rest doesn't seem to fix.

  • Maybe your body feels constantly tense, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive.

  • Maybe your relationships are starting to feel like one more thing you're responsible for holding together.

  • Maybe you're starting to realize that something has to give.

And somewhere underneath it all, a quieter question keeps surfacing:

WHAT ABOUT ME?

You deserve a life that includes you in it.

This can be one of the few places where nothing is required of you because therapy with me is a place where you don't have to keep disappearing. Together, we'll slow things down enough to hear yourself again, understand what's been happening beneath the surface, and begin trusting what you find. Over time, you'll feel more like yourself, not because you've learned to push harder, but because you no longer have to fight yourself just to get through the day.

I’m Jennifer.

I help women reconnect with who they are, not just who everyone needs them to be.

Using an attachment-focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, I help clients understand the patterns they've been carrying, reconnect with their own needs, and build trust in themselves again.

I know what it's like to keep the peace, push through exhaustion, and focus on everyone else while ignoring what's happening inside. That's why therapy with me isn't about trying harder. It's about slowing down, making sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and reconnecting with yourself so you can create a life that feels like your own.

For many women, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or feeling like you've lost touch with yourself aren't separate problems to solve. They're often different expressions of the same pattern. Years spent adapting to get it right, keep the peace, or make sure everyone else was okay can slowly pull you away from yourself.

Here’s how I can help:

Getting started is simple.

1

Reach Out

Book a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you reach out.

2

Find your Voice

Therapy gives you space to slow things down and notice what happens when you feel pressure to stay quiet, keep the peace, or make yourself easier for someone else. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, what you need, and the patterns that taught you it was safer not to say it.

3

Take up Space

Over time, you can begin trusting what you feel, having a voice in your relationships, and making choices that include you too. Not by becoming harder or louder, but by learning that you don’t have to disappear to stay connected.

It’s okay if you’re tired of carrying it all alone.

You don't have to keep disappearing while taking care of everything and everyone else.
