WOMEN’S
THERAPY IN ONTARIO🍁
Reconnect to others. Reconnect to yourself.
Relationships are one of the best & hardest parts of life - including your relationship with yourself.
You’re used to holding it all together, but inside you feel exhausted, unseen, or unsure what’s next. You keep going through the motions - achieving, caring for others, doing all the “right things” - but feeling empty, flat, or numb inside. I help women move through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in themselves and their relationships.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
Pushing yourself to do it all perfectly.
Feeling anxious, drained, or unseen.
Promising you’ll slow down, but never really getting the chance.
how i can help:
Women’s therapy can help you release the pressure your feeling inside.
You’re noticing what a toll always striving to be the best version of yourself has started to take on you. Overwhelm and fatigue feel like your new normal where even small things feel heavy. There’s a constant background noise of stress, guilt, or self-criticism. And you’re looking for a change.
I work with women who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep everything together as the executive delegators or managers at work and at home. In therapy, we create space where you can finally exhale - slow down, understand what’s beneath the stress, and learn new ways to respond with compassion instead of criticism. The goal is to feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life.
Let’s cut through the background noise and give you space to find your voice again, instead of continuing to filter different parts of you as you come up with the next perfect plan and/or hold it together for everyone else.
Let me help you stop sacrificing yourself as we move through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected - within yourself and in your relationships. Let’s get you feeling like you again!
You don’t have to have it all together or the perfect plan in place before reaching out - you just need to be ready to start and I’ll be here waiting to help guide you whenever you’re ready.
imagine if you…
Understood what gets in the way of feeling close to yourself and others.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that create distance and practice new ways of relating that feel safe, supportive, and real. It’s about discovering you are inherently deserving of healthy, loving relationships and that closeness isn’t something you have to chase, but something you can gently build.
Could stop second-guessing every decision.
You don’t have to live in constant doubt or overanalyze every choice. Therapy can help you trust yourself again - to feel confident in what you need, what you feel, and the direction you’re taking.
Felt connected and finally felt like you again - steady, grounded, and at ease.
You’ll rebuild a stronger relationship with yourself - one rooted in calm, confidence, and genuine connection. You miss feeling alive, creative, playful, or spontaneous - the version of yourself that used to laugh more easily or feel excited about life. Therapy can help you reconnect to the parts of yourself that you’ve been neglecting.
I want you to know:
Change is possible.
Let’s work together to move from self-doubt and disconnection to clarity and connection. Even if you’ve felt stuck for a long time, things can shift. With the right support, you can begin to understand yourself more clearly, break old patterns, and create the kind of life and relationships that feel more peaceful and true to you. Create space for the JOY you’ve been missing.

Common questions about women’s therapy.
-
No. There’s no preparation needed before your first session. The first session is to get to know what brought you to therapy, along with your hopes and goals, your strengths, and your struggles.
-
That’s completely okay. Many of my clients are new to therapy when we begin. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say. Our first sessions are simply about creating a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and check in often to make sure you feel comfortable. Therapy is about meeting you where you are, not about having it all figured out beforehand.
-
The free 15-minute initial consult is to see if we click (with no pressure) and to answer your questions. Therapy is a personal journey and if we’re not a fit, I can help you find someone more suited to what your looking for. I’m here to help.
