  • No, it’s not a requirement. 🖥️ The free 15-minute consult is to answer all of your questions before starting therapy. It’s also an opportunity to see if we're a good fit to work together.

  • 🖥️ 24/7 online booking allows you to find a time that fits into your hectic schedule.

  • Our sessions will be geared towards your therapy hopes and goals. Together we’ll gain a better understanding of your emotions & relationship patterns and through that understanding we'll start to change your relationship with your both. Sessions will include making room for you to feel your emotions, which can be uncomfortable at times, but we’ll be going at whatever pace you’re comfortable with.

  • All therapy session remain virtual for the time-being for both midtown Toronto & Ontario residents. 🖥️COVID-19 showed that online therapy produces the same or similar outcomes to in-person therapy.

    • Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-6pm | Friday 9am-4:30pm

  • 🖥️ We meet through a secure video link, so you can join from the comfort of your own space. It’s just like in-person therapy - private, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more connected and at ease.

  • No, all therapy session remain virtual at this time.

  • Fees are subject to change:

    • $175 | 60-minute individual therapy session

    • $225 | 60-minute couples therapy session

    • Once the payment is processed, you'll be sent a receipt to submit for your benefits plan.

      Please note: FULL fees will be applied to appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice

    • Any additional work done at an hourly rate

  • Your first session is a chance to slow down and get a sense of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you hope to change, and what’s most important to you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once - it’s a gentle space to start feeling understood and supported.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for a few months, others for longer - it depends on your personal experience, your goals and what feels most supportive. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • As research supports the importance of attending consistent therapy sessions, I recommend weekly or biweekly appointments.

    • Yes, all sessions are kept completely confidential, except where required by law.

  • There is no clear cut answer for this question because everyone comes to therapy with different experiences & goals. It'll take as long as it takes.

  • 🖥️ To connect to an online session you've already booked, you'll receive a link in your appointment reminder. Simply click on the link and I’ll meet you in the virtual waiting room.

  • If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please reschedule it in your client portal (JANE app) for a more convenient time. Full session fees will be applied to appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The credit card on file will be charged for sessions that are missed or fall outside the 24 hour notice window.

  • Our sessions will be geared around your therapy hopes. As we make room for you to feel your emotions, which can be uncomfortable at times, but it'll never be unsafe. Clients report feeling calmer and more relaxed during our work together and are often surprised at how quickly the sessions go by. 👉 Your time is valuable to me, so during our time together, we’ll stay focused on the simplest way to get you closer to where you want to be because my goal is for you to start living a more deliberate balanced life as soon as you’re ready.
