WHEN PANIC OR BURNOUT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP PUSHING THROUGH.

You don’t have to keep overriding what you feel just to function.

Online therapy in Toronto and across Ontario for high-functioning women ready to rebuild trust in themselves when pushing through stops working.

We’ll take this one step at a time.

let’s be honest.

You’ve always handled things.

You show up.
You think clearly.
You get things done.

Until suddenly you can’t.

Now:

  • Your body feels wired or shut down.

  • You wake up at 2am with your mind racing.

  • You can’t focus the way you used to.

  • You feel unlike yourself - and that scares you.

You’ve tried to manage it.
You’ve tried to reason your way through it.
You’ve tried to push through.

And it’s not working anymore.

Maybe You’re split…

Maybe part of you is trying to stay composed - and another part is overwhelmed.

Maybe you want answers, but slowing down feels unfamiliar…or unsafe.

Maybe you’re scared this is your new normal, because you don’t recognize yourself the way you used to.

If any of this feels familiar, it’s not a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign something deeper needs care.

For many high-functioning women, panic and burnout aren’t random.

They’re signs your system has been carrying more than you realized.

You may have learned to stay composed, capable, and prepared - even when it meant ignoring what you were feeling.

At some point, your body stops cooperating.

Not because you’re broken.

Because something needs your attention.

We’ll take it one step at a time.

how I Can help:

Rebuilding trust in yourself.

I specialize in helping high-functioning women understand and shift the patterns they’ve carried for years — not through pressure or self-criticism, but through steady, supported emotional repair.

We begin by creating enough steadiness to face what’s been hard.

Then we make sense of the patterns underneath the panic and burnout — so you don’t have to keep overriding what you feel just to function.

This is how trust gets rebuilt.

Not by trying harder.
But by understanding yourself differently.

What changes as you begin to understand your emotions instead of pushing them aside:

Your body doesn’t stay on high alert in the same way.

You stop bracing for the next crash.

You feel clearer and calmer.

You trust yourself again.

Not perfectly.

But differently.

This therapy is for you if…

You’re ready to look underneath the panic - not just manage it.

You want to understand why you’ve been pushing through for so long.

You’re open to slowing down instead of trying harder.

You want lasting change, not temporary relief.

This therapy isn’t for you if…

You’re looking for quick strategies without deeper exploration.

You want immediate symptom relief without examining patterns.

You prefer directive advice over collaborative reflection.

You’re looking for someone to tell you what to do, rather than help you understand yourself differently.

If you’re unsure, we can talk about that on a call.

I want you to know:

Trust in yourself is possible.

We’ll take it one step at a time.

faqs

Common questions about women’s therapy.

  • No. There’s no preparation needed before your first session. The first session is to get to know what brought you to therapy, along with your hopes and goals, your strengths, and your struggles.

  • That’s completely okay. Many of my clients are new to therapy when we begin. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say. Our first sessions are simply about creating a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and check in often to make sure you feel comfortable. Therapy is about meeting you where you are, not about having it all figured out beforehand.

  • The free 15-minute initial consult is to see if we click (with no pressure) and to answer your questions. Therapy is a personal journey and if we’re not a fit, I can help you find someone more suited to what your looking for. I’m here to help.
